Plaintiff Troy Stoik is proceeding on Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference claims again two employees at Fox Lake Correctional Institution for failing to provide appropriate medical treatment for his arthritis, bursitis and tennis elbow. He has survived summary judgment, and the trial was stayed pending recruitment of counsel. Attached please find the court’s summary judgment decision and order granting recruitment of counsel.
